International Women’s Day, or “Goddesses’ Day” as it is dubbed among the young Chinese, is exceptional this year, because it coincides with the weekend. Hengtong IBG’s ladies, while staying at home, shared their work experience online among themselves and, more importantly, with their male colleagues. A male executive was granted the chance to showcase his admiration for Hengtong ladies by summarizing the indispensable role of women from a historical and global perspective at the end of the tele-party.

An “expression of admiration ceremony” was held in Hengtong on Friday, as a warm-up to Women’s Day. Gentlemen from IBG presented gifts and best wishes to all female colleagues at the office one by one. Among other things, Hengtong subsidiaries around the world also celebrated this feminine occasion in various forms, making this Women’s Day truly “International”.
